Mechatronics assembly

The ABTEC Mechatronics division provides light assembly services.  We assemble in whole or part of your product on our multi-functional production lines that can be easily set up with the assembly tools to build your product. 

Mechatronics services available:

- Assembly of electronic components into final product
- Modification and preparation of enclosures and interconnecting structures (i.e. bending, drilling, trimming etc.)
- Wire stripping and tinning
- Internal and external peripheral interconnect cable assemblies
- Assembly of cable looms to your specifications

CABLE ASSEMBLIES our specialty
On a typical day in our factory floor, we could be making from 1 to 10 different types of cables of varying quantities of 1 to over 1000.  We have a cable tester that we can use to learn all the connections of a sample cable and with a push of a button, we can do a 100% check on all cables we make.
